Located on Kemal Zeytinoğlu Street in the Paşa District in the historic Odunpazarı District and named after Hicri Sezen, the former mayor of Eskisehir, the park was renovated by the municipality of Odunpazarı and turned into a modern and convenient park and square. Additional tree planting was carried out while the existing tree texture of the park was preserved. With modern water curtain ornamental pool and herbal arrangements, the visual was enhanced. The use area of the park was expanded with an AMP and tea garden. The park also had a disabled and normal WC and a breastfeeding room. With different lighting equipment, the park was intended to bring vitality to the area at night.
